Hello, my name is Cathy and I live on the east coast of Australia. I also have another home page which is based on Australia. So for obvious reasons I just had to call it Australia Down Under. Australia is truly a beautiful country and if you ever have the chance of coming here, you won't be sorry. Hopefully you will find something of interest in my Australian home page which might lure you here. About myself? Well, I am 52 years old, divorced with three grown up children
and 4 grandchildren.
If you're wondering why I have skeletons on my page, it's for no other reason than that I thought they were cute.
In the past I have met many of my net friends in person. Klaus from Germany spent a weekend at our home on his visit to Australia a few years back. Klaus has since moved to Australia and is residing in Victoria. Another time, back in 1997, I travelled to USA and visited my long term net friend, Mike in Connecticut. I spent a weekend with him and his family then I flew on to Arizona where I spent three weeks touring in a semi truck, with Bruce. We covered most of the west side of USA. I visited with Bruce for 6 weeks from mid August, 2003 also. Mike (from Connecticut) visited me here in Australia for a couple of weeks in August, 2001, and I visited him again in July, 2003 for 3 weeks. I have also travelled interstate to Melbourne and Queensland to meet net friends. Every one of the meetings will always be treasured by me.
